- Exams: In order to formerly be licensed, one must then pass the aforementioned exams. Without passing these exams you will not be eligible to be an insurance agent in your specific state. Study hard and pass these exams and you will be legally eligible to be an insurance agent.
- Hiring: Now that you are licensed to be an insurance agent you must now go apply to insurance agent jobs. When you get hired or start an insurance business then you can officially claim to be a working insurance agent.
